Thank you for your interest in our newest community, Pershing Place Apartments. We offer one, two, and three bedrooms affordable and market-rate apartments. Income restrictions apply for our affordable apartments and minimum income requirements apply for our market rate homes.
Paper and Online Pre-applications will be made available starting February 12, 2024. All pre-applications for our affordable apartments will be entered onto a waitlist, which will be ordered chronologically based on time-stamped application submission of a fully completed application. Since our community is still under construction, we are not conducting any tours at the moment, but will offer renderings, floorplans, and a look at interior finishes.
